Please read all Terms and Conditions as they have been recently updated. When you book an appointment online it is absolutely necessary that you read and understand all terms. Upon the the booking of your appointment you are agreeing to and acknowledging all terms and condtions.

Appointment Cancellation Policy 

ME Spa has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling/no-show policy. The first last minute cancellation/rescheduling/no-show will serve as a warning and a card must be placed on file to book again. The second time you last minute cancel/reschedule/no-show you will be subject to a 100% charge.  This policy is in place out of respect for our spa therapists and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.



Late Guests Policy

We understand “life happens”. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 15 minutes or more to the scheduled appointment, please call us! 

We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest schedule that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.



Appointment Confirmations:

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call or text to confirm your service prior to your appointment OR you will receive an email if we have your information on file. We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

Service Satisfaction:

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us and upon review of the circumstances we may allow you to schedule a redo of your service within 10 days of your last visit.  We do not provide refunds for spa services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow-up service.

 

Memberships and Packages:

 

NO refunds will be given for memberships or packages. 

 

The membership period shall be for a period of six or twelve months (“initial period”) depending on the membership chosen. The membership will be charged each month regardless of use of service until ME Spa is notified of membership cancellation, which will take place on the next membership term. A member shall not be entitled to terminate or suspend the membership during the initial period. If the contract is terminated before the initial period, there is a $75.00 fee that will be charged to the card on file. Any contract that has been terminated before the end date the client will have a waiting period of 6 months before being able to reinstate. 

 

Packages are a group of recurring services that have been paid in advance. Packages are non-refundable. Packages will expire after one year.



Gift Cards/Certificates:

NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash. Use of gift certificates sold at a discounted price cannot be combined with any other promos or discounts being offered by A Time to Spa. Gratuities are not included in the purchase price (customarily 15-20%).

All gift certificates sold during Promotional Sales will expire as indicated on the gift certificate; thereafter they may only be used at their purchase dollar value.
 

Payment by Check:

 

All checks must be made out to Alani B Biz, LLC. We will accept checks up to $150 with a valid driver’s license for new clients. A $30 service fee will be charged for all returned checks marked unpayable. We reserve the right to refuse payment by check if proper identification cannot be provided or confirmed. 

 

Payment Online:

 

Any service that is purchased online is non-refundable. If you must cancel an appointment that was booked and paid for online you will not be subject to a refund. The purchase price will become store credit. You must then reschedule your appointment for another date/time.
